- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Kluge's nurse. She was rude, unorganized, and lacked concern for other peoples time. If you are going to schedule customers for appointments then you should stick to those times. Your office running behind schedule is not my concern, my concern is scheduling apointments for my children around my busy schedule. Getting your patients in on time should be a priority that you provide as a service!
